I might as well start this
Today in my 'run' I did 4 x knee highs, march with high legs, bottom kicks, bounds and cross overs. The first lot of bounds were effortless and I felt strong. I lost my balance on the second lot. By the third I was tiring quickly. I later treated the far loop of yerabbi (1k) as a triangle for speed work, running around it four times. On the last bit I ran beyond feeling sick because it was longer and nasty, however I felt so good afterwards it beat any other form of run I've done recently.I run comfortably when I run now, I have to learn how to push the pace up again so I am not so comfortable.
